Zusammenfassung:The utility model relates to a PDMS-(Polydimethylsiloxane)-microfluid-channel-based olive oil purity determination instrument. The system mainly comprises a broadband light source, an input fiber, a 3dB coupler, a long-period fiber grating, an output fiber, an optical power meter, a PDMS microfluid channel, a plastic conduit, an injection pump and a waste fluid tank. The determination instrument is based on the characteristic that the long-period fiber grating is sensitive to reflective index, pure olive oil and mixed oil doped with other edible oil have different reflex indexes, so that the corresponding power valves measured by the optical power meter are different. A beam of light emitted by the light source is divided into two paths through the 3dB coupler, power values of the two light beams respectively passing through the long-period fiber grating respectively contacted with the tested oil and the pure olive oil are measured, if difference between the two power values is outside an allowed difference range, the tested oil is not the pure olive oil. The PDMS microfluid channel is used as a transmission carrier and a packaging carrier for solution, and thus, the determination result is more accurate. The system has the characteristics of being simple in structure, low-cost, direct and real-time, pollution-free and safe, and so on.
