The mounting bracket comprises a traveling system and a lever control system, wherein the traveling system comprises a traveling main frame (1) and walking slide pipes (12); the lever control system comprises a control lead screw (6) and a braking lever assembly; the control lead screw (6) is fixed on the traveling main frame (1); the braking lever assembly comprises inclined supporting plates (13), transverse connecting plates (14) and rotating shaft bases (16); the transverse connecting plates (14) are mounted on the control lead screw (6); one end of each inclined supporting plate (13) is hinged with the corresponding transverse connecting plate (14); the other end of each inclined supporting plate (13) is hinged with the corresponding rotating shaft base (16) fixed on the corresponding walking slide pipe (12) through a corresponding rotating shaft (15). The mounting bracket has the advantages that through the arrangement of special traveling slideways, a horizontal H-ADCP (Doppler) flow monitoring instrument can walk up and down in water in a sliding manner, and positioning and braking in water can be realized.
