A rotary drainage shell is placed in an air conditioner shell cover; dial spherical blade is connected with the rotary drainage shell via a screw; a cross section of a wave ring is formed by 16 inferior arcs with the same radius tangent to each other; a wave ring sleeve is fixed on the rotary drainage shell via a screw; a deceleration gear is coaxially assembled to the wave ring; a groove is formed in the periphery of the deceleration, so the annular thin wall on the back end of the air conditioner shell cover can be clamped therein; four spring lugs are assembled on the air conditioner shell cover and the wave ring surface; springs are fixed on the spring lugs an evenly distributed on the periphery; a spherical head top column has a contact with the lowest part of the wave ring; the spherical head top column rotates with the deceleration gear; and the rotary drainage shell can swing in the internal circumference of the air conditioner shell cover.
