Zusammenfassung:The utility model discloses a coil pipe structure for an industrial boiler. The coil pipe structure comprises multiple straight pipes and multiple bent pipes. The adjacent straight pipes are connected end to end through the bent pipes. A stress vibration reduction device is arranged between every two adjacent straight pipes and comprises vibration reduction locating blocks and an elastic connecting piece, wherein the vibration reduction locating blocks are fixedly arranged on the same horizontal plane of the outer surfaces of the two adjacent straight pipes and connected with each other through the elastic connecting piece. According to the coil pipe structure, because one stress vibration reduction device is arranged between every two adjacent straight pipes, compared with the structure that integrated locating blocks are in rigid connection with straight pipes, stress generated when a coil pipe vibrates can be reduced, and accordingly the overall stability of the coil pipe and the operating safety of the boiler are better improved. The coil pipe structure has the advantages of being simple, low in manufacturing cost, convenient to maintain, safe and reliable and prolonging the service life of the boiler.
