Zusammenfassung:	A ratchet tightener comprises a ratchet, a pawl, a ratchet body, a ratchet cylinder, ratchet rods, chain rings and lifting hooks. A large round hole and a small round hole are formed in the pawl, a protrusion is arranged on one side of the large round hole, three planes are formed on the protrusion, and the pawl can be pulled laterally to enable the planes to contact with the ratchet body. By means of the tightener, the novel pawl is used, so that rapid tightening and loosening of the rope can be achieved, more rapid loosening of the rope can be achieved in the specific condition, a lock can be used in the locked state, and accordingly, the tightening effect is further guaranteed.
