The universal joint comprises a universal joint arm, a first rotary block, a second rotary block, a first universal joint base and a second universal joint base, wherein the first end of the first rotary block is connected with the first end of the universal joint arm through a first rotary shaft, and the first rotary block can rotate around the first rotary shaft; the first end of the second rotary block is connected with the second end of the universal joint arm through a second rotary shaft, and the second rotary block can rotate around the second rotary shaft; the first universal joint base is connected with the second end of the first rotary block through a third rotary shaft, the first rotary shaft is perpendicular to the third rotary shaft, and the first universal joint base can rotate around the third rotary shaft; the second universal joint base is connected with the second end of the second rotary block, the second rotary shaft is perpendicular to a fourth rotary shaft, and the second universal joint base can rotate around the fourth rotary shaft.
