According to the rapid-shearing hydraulic control system, a P opening of a first electromagnetic reversing valve, a P opening of a second electromagnetic reversing valve, an A opening of a first two-way cartridge valve and an A opening of a second two-way cartridge valve are connected with an oil inlet tube, a B opening of a third two-way cartridge valve, a B opening of a fourth two-way cartridge valve, a T opening of the first electromagnetic reversing valve and a T opening of the second electromagnetic reversing valve are connected with an oil returning tube, a control oil opening of the second two-way cartridge valve and a control oil opening of the third two-way cartridge valve are connected with an A opening and a B opening of the first electromagnetic reversing valve respectively, a control oil opening of the first two-way cartridge valve and a control oil opening of the fourth two-way cartridge valve are connected with an A opening and a B opening of the second electromagnetic reversing valve respectively, a B opening of the second two-way cartridge valve and an A opening of the third two-way cartridge valve are connected with an upper cavity of a shearing oil cylinder, and a B opening of the first two-way cartridge valve and an A opening of the fourth two-way cartridge valve are connected with a lower cavity of the shearing oil cylinder.
