Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a long-distance gentle-slope inclined-shaft excavation construction device. The device comprises a drill machine platform, a main engine hinged to the drill machine platform, a drill rod driven by the main engine, a main engine supporting inclined-support rod, a drill rod crane and a drill machine fixing foundation platform. The foundation platform bearing plane and the horizontal plane form an inclined angle larger than 0 degree and smaller than 20 degrees. The drill machine platform is fixedly connected with the foundation platform through foundation bolts. The length of the main engine supporting inclined-support rod can be adjusted. The length of a drill machine suspender can be adjusted. The drill rod comprises a stabilizing drill rod. According to the gentle-slope inclined-shaft excavation construction device, the construction angle of a raise-boring machine is lowered to be 45 degrees or smaller than 45 degrees, and meanwhile the construction period is shortened effectively; meanwhile, the raise-boring machine is suitable for stabilization and equilibrium of all stress pieces under the inclined state and capable of better utilizing torque of a drill machine in the drilling process, the inclined control capacity of inclined-shaft drilling is improved, and inclined-shaft excavation is conducted in the mode that the guide hole excavation schedule is about 5.7 m per day, and the guide shaft expanding excavation schedule is about 8 m per day. |
