The packing materials are arranged in notches of the H-type steel. By changing the height of the H-type steel, vertical moving of a transformer is changed, the height of the transformer can be adjusted more conveniently, construction is convenient, the construction period is shorter, and economic loss caused by work stopping of the transformer is reduced.
