A guiding rod penetrating through a guiding hole in the driving nut is installed at the portion, between the fixing sleeve and the coupler, of one side of the lead screw. A bearing housing is installed on the outer wall of the driving nut. A double-edged cutter extending outwards from the interior of sliding grooves in the two sides of the winding drum is installed on the bearing housing. The refining and slicing device has the advantages of being convenient to install and use, easy to operate and high in working efficiency.
