The supergravity reactor is characterized in that an outer drum body is of a horizontal type structure and is internally provided with a reaction inner drum; a speed reducer I is connected with a stirring shaft by a coupler; the stirring shaft penetrates through a through hole in an end cover of the outer drum body, is inserted into a reaction inner drum, and is fixed at the two ends of the outer drum body by bearing seats at the two ends; a jacket is arranged at the outer side of the reaction inner drum, a total inlet/outlet is arranged at the top of the outer drum body and is communicated with the reaction inner drum; the stirring shaft is provided with an inner spiral belt and an outer spiral belt which are arranged in opposite direction along the axial direction; and the radius of the inner spiral belt is less than that of the outer spiral belt. The supergravity reactor disclosed by the utility model has the advantages that due to the back-and-forth high-speed running of the inner spiral belt and the outer spiral belt, strong centrifugal force and shearing force are generated, so that the mass-transferring and microscopic-mixing effects are enhanced, the reaction is enhanced and the reaction time is effectively shortened; and simultaneously, the wall-sticking materials can be scraped and removed in time by the outer spiral belt, so that the quality of products is improved. |
