The condensate water recovery utilization device comprises the adsorption system, an analysis condensate water pretreatment tank and a boiler, wherein a condensate water outlet of the adsorption system is connected with a condensate water inlet of the analysis condensate water pretreatment tank by virtue of a pipeline, the condensate water outlet of the analysis condensate water pretreatment tank is connected with a water inlet of the boiler by virtue of a pipeline, a steam outlet of the boiler is connected with a steam outlet of the adsorption system by virtue of a pipeline, and the pipeline between the analysis condensate water pretreatment tank and the boiler is provided with a water pump. The condensate water produced by the adsorption system is recycled and used by virtue of the adsorption system condensate water recovery utilization device, not only can the water resource be saved, but also the environmental pollution is effectively avoided.
