Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to a motor starting and stopping control circuit. Two ends of the motor starting and stopping control circuit are connected between the L end and the N end of an AC power supply with a 110 V voltage. A sudden stop button, a relay KA2 normally closed contact, a relay KA1 normally open contact, and a vacuum contactor KM coil are connected together in series. The relay KA2 normally closed contact is used for controlling inner faults. The relay KA1 normally open contact is used for controlling starting of a motor. A vacuum contactor KM normally open contact and the relay KA1 normally open contact are connected in parallel. A relay KA3 coil and the vacuum contactor KM coil are connected in parallel. A red lamp is in series connection with a normally open contact of the relay KA3 and then is connected to the L end and the N end of the AC power supply in parallel. A green lamp is in series connection with a normally closed contact of the relay KA3 and then is connected to the L end and the N end of the AC power supply in parallel. A chip NI9606 inner relay output, a relay KA1 coil and a 12V DC power supply are connected in series to form a loop controlling the relay KA1 normally open contact. Circuit switching after soft start of the motor, fault protection, running indication and other functions can be achieved. The loop is controlled by the relays. The motor starting and stopping control circuit is safe and reliable, and low in cost. |
