The electronic label comprises an electronic label control module, an electronic label power supply module, an electronic label positioning module, an electronic label alarm module and an electronic label wireless transmission module. The electronic label control module is connected with the electronic label power supply module through a voltage monitoring circuit. The electronic label control module is further connected with the electronic label positioning module through an electronic label power supply control circuit. The handheld monitor comprises a handheld monitor control module, a handheld monitor power supply module, a handheld monitor positioning module, a handheld monitor GSM communication module, a handheld monitor wireless transmission module and an input display module. The calibration source monitoring system can perform real-time monitoring on the calibration source accurately and effectively and furthermore has advantages of simple operation, low use cost and high positioning precision.
