The adjusting part is equipped with a first extending portion, a second extending portion and a third extending portion respectively extending from the three support parts; and the adjusting part is also equipped with a first operation portion (5), a second operation portion (6) and a third operation portion (7) which can push the first extending portion, the second extending portion out and the third extending portion out and lead the first extending portion, the second extending portion out and the third extending portion in respectively in directions intersected with the corresponding central axes.
