The distant and near light integrated headlamp comprises a light source reflection rotating mechanism, a near and distant light reflector and a laser light source, wherein the laser light source comprises six blue laser diodes with the wavelengths of 450nm, an optical fiber, a quartz substrate optical waveguide chip and a yellow phosphor prism, the light source reflection rotating mechanism comprises a skeleton wound by an electromagnetic coil, a magnet, an ejector rod and a light source reflector, the rear middle part of the light source reflector is hinged on a lamp body, a ball head sleeve is arranged at the rear lower part of the light source reflector and is connected with a ball head on the inner side of the ejector rod to rotate relatively, a spring which sleeves the ejector rod is ejected on convex shoulders of the skeleton and the ejector rod, and the near and distant light reflector comprises an upper-part near light reflecting surface and a lower-part distant light reflecting surface which are divided from the middle part of the near and distant light reflector.
