Ceiling lamp

A ceiling lamp structurally comprises a lamp holder; a radiator is arranged around the lamp holder; the radiator comprises a substrate and fins; a light source is arranged at the outside of the substrate; the radiator absorbs heat released by the light source by the substrate and diffuses the heat by the fins; a venting slot penetrating through the lamp holder is formed in between every two adjacent fins; cold airflow below the lamp holder can smoothly enter the fins by the venting slots, and forms a very strong convection effect with hot airflow in the fins, so a radiating effect is improved and the service life of the lamp is prolonged; in addition, the light source is arranged at the side part of the substrate, and achieves a light source hiding effect, light emitted by the light source firstly directly irradiates the inner wall of a reflection shield, then is reflected by the reflection shield and irradiates eyes or objects, a dazzling phenomenon is effectively prevented and a better lighting effect is achieved.
