Zusammenfassung: | A continuous temperature measurement device for a high temperature liquid comprises a non-contact temperature sensor, wherein the temperature sensor is placed in a cavity of a cooler; the outer wall of the cooler is a circulating cooling water jacket; a temperature measurement guide pipe is arranged at the front end of the cooler; a dust prevention device is arranged on the periphery of the temperature measurement guide pipe, and is a positive pressure dust prevention pipe; an air inlet of the dust prevention pipe is connected with an air compression device; the temperature sensor is a DZ temperature sensor. According to the continuous temperature measurement device, the temperature of molten iron from a blast furnace taphole is continuously measured through the non-contact DZ photoelectric temperature sensor, a traditional rapid thermocouple temperature measurement mode is replaced, long-term benefits are achieved after the continuous temperature measurement device is mounted in one time, all consumption costs of the rapid temperature measurement thermocouple and auxiliary parts are reduced and high manual labor intensity and uncertain factors of temperature measurement accuracy are eliminated. By arranging the water circulating cooling device and the air-compression dust-prevention devices, the fact that the interior of the cavity is in a low temperature state all the time, and is not subjected to high temperature baking and not influenced by external dust and smoke is ensured, and measured data is accurate. |
