The cooling device is applied to the cutting and milling machine and comprises a sampling port, a chute and a liquid storage tank, wherein the sampling port is used for receiving cut samples, the chute is communicated with the sampling port, the liquid storage tank is opposite to the lower end of the chute, and after the samples enter the sampling port, the samples slide in the chute under the action of gravity and then enter the liquid storage tank to be cooled.
