The device comprises a first reaction chamber and a second reaction chamber, wherein the second reaction chamber is connected with a filter; the interior of the first reaction chamber is sequentially provided with a first conveyor belt, a primary screen, a stirrer, a secondary screen and a second conveyor belt from top to bottom; a gas treatment chamber and a microwave generator are arranged in the second reaction chamber; an ozone generator and an oxosynthesis system are arranged in the gas treatment chamber; the first reaction chamber is connected with the gas treatment chamber by virtue of a pipeline; and a fan is arranged on the pipeline. The device disclosed by the utility model is low in operating cost and does not have any mechanical action or noise, management of a specially-assigned person and daily maintenance are not needed, only regular inspection is needed, and the energy consumption of the equipment is low.
