According to the capacitor management system, a capacitor management master board is connected with a capacitor management slave board through a CAN bus; the capacitor management master board is also connected with an upper computer; the current detection end of the capacitor management slave board is connected with the signal output end of a current signal acquisition unit; the current signal acquisition unit is connected with a negative pole end of a super capacitor; a total voltage/insulation detection end of the capacitor management slave board is connected with the positive pole end of the super capacitor; the capacitor information acquisition end of the capacitor management slave board is connected with the signal output ends of N super capacitor module sets respectively in a one-to-one corresponding manner through N signal terminals; the converter control output end of the capacitor management slave board is connected with the control input end of a bidirectional DC-DC converter; the high-voltage side of the bidirectional DC-DC converter is connected with a motor driving system; the positive pole of the low-voltage side of the bidirectional DC-DC converter is connected with the positive pole of the super capacitor; and the negative pole of the low-voltage side of the bidirectional DC-DC converter is connected with the negative pole of the super capacitor.
