The acquisition module, the positioning module and the wireless communication module are connected with the master control module through serial ports respectively, the power monitoring module controls the power supply module to supply power to the acquisition module, the positioning module, the wireless communication module, the display screen and the master control module, the power supply module includes independent first power supply module and second power supply module, the first power supply module is used for supplying power to the acquisition module, the positioning module and the wireless communication module, and the second power supply module is used for supplying power to the display screen and the master control module; and the case body is a glass fiber reinforced plastic case body. The protection level of the system reaches IP65, both the wireless communication module and the positioning module of the system are arranged inside a case, the case body uses glass fiber reinforced plastic material, and thus the attenuation degree when electromagnetic wave signals pass through the case body can be reduced.
