The four-dimensional space adjustable-position bracket device comprises a fixing base, a forward movement platform and a forward movement adjusting handle, wherein the fixing base is installed on multiple heightening bases, the vertical position of the fixing base can be adjusted, the forward movement platform and the forward movement adjusting handle are arranged on the fixing base, and the forward movement platform can be adjusted forwards and backwards through the forward movement adjusting handle. The forward movement platform is provided with a transverse movement platform and a transverse movement adjusting handle, wherein the transverse movement platform can be adjusted leftwards and rightwards through the transverse movement adjusting handle. The transverse movement platform is provided with a rotating platform and a rotating platform adjusting handle, and the rotating angle can be adjusted through the rotating platform adjusting handle. An eyeball frame bin and an eyeball tray with an in-vitro eyeball are arranged on the rotating platform. Limiting adjusting handles on the two sides of the eyeball frame bin are adjusted to limit the in-vitro eyeball on the eyeball tray, a liquid spraying device on the top of the eyeball frame bin can wet the eyeball regularly and spray medicine to the eyeball quantitatively, and therefore a normal physiological environment and a pharmacologic test of the in-vitro eyeball can be kept.
