According to the lifting device disclosed by the utility model, a pump frame is made of two sections of channel steel; channel steel which is 300mm long is vertically welded to the end part of the inner side of each of two sections of the pump frame; channel steel of which the length is less than the inner diameter of the electric lead pan is horizontally welded to the lower end part of each vertical channel steel, and thus a concave frame is manufactured; the lead pump is arranged on the concave frame in the middle of the pump frame; the pump frame stretches across the pan edge of the electric lead pan; a long shaft of the lead pump gets deep into the bottom of the electric lead pan.
