Zusammenfassung:The utility model aims at designing an urban highway steel bridge hoisting structure suitable for urban highway steel bridge installation. Due to the fact that a steel bridge is produced and welded in a factory and then is transported to a construction site for installation, steel bridge parts need highway transportation and hoisting, the self weight of the steel bridge parts is up to 100 tons, and a safe and reliable hoisting part is needed for hoisting. The urban highway steel bridge hoisting structure is characterized by consisting of a hoisting portion and a fixing port, the two portions are T-shaped steel plates, four bolt holes are formed in each T-shaped horizontal-line portion, the bolt holes of the two portions are identical in position, and the positions of the bolt holes are determined according to the positions of oblique beams of a steel bridge floor. A bolt hole is formed in the bottom of each T-shaped vertical-line portion of the hoisting portion and the fixing portion, and the positions of the bolt holes are identical and are determined according to the position of a steel bridge girder. Hoisting rings are welded to two ends of the T-shaped horizontal-line portion and the bottom of the vertical-line portion of the hoisting portion, the upper portions of the cast iron hoisting rings are annular, the lower portions of the cast iron hoisting rings are rectangular, and the upper portions and the lower portions are integrated and are welded with a hoisting portion body together.
