The device comprises a natural dehydrating section and a squeezing dehydrating section; a flow guide structure for guiding a part of water squeezed from a treated object to the position above a squeezing plate, and a draining structure for guiding and draining water guided to be above the squeezing plate are arranged on the squeezing plate; the flow guide structure comprises an elongated through hole which is formed in the squeezing plate in the treated object conveying direction, a circular rotating plate which is positioned above the squeezing plate, and a power assembly for driving the circular rotating plate to rotate, wherein the outer edge of the circular rotating plate is partially inserted a certain depth in the elongated through hole. According to the device, water squeezed by the squeezing plate is guided to the outside through the flow guide device, and meanwhile, a large amount of treated objects cannot be quickly accumulated on the squeezing plate to resist draining, so that the device is smooth in water draining and high in dehydrating efficiency.
