Zusammenfassung:The utility model discloses a power management system of a workover rig. According to the power management system of the workover rig, the display input end of a monitor display unit is connected with the display output end of a PLC, the PLC is connected with a super-capacitor control unit and the control input end of a controllable rectifier through field buses, the signal collection input end of the super-capacitor control unit is connected with the signal output end of a super-capacitor unit, the converter control output end of the super-capacitor control unit is connected with the control input end of a bi-directional DC-DC converter, the rectification input end of the controllable rectifier is connected with a three-phase power supply, and the output end of a frequency converter is connected with the power source input end of a variable-frequency motor; the high-voltage side of the bi-directional DC-DC converter is connected with the rectification output end of the controllable rectifier and the input end of the frequency converter, and the low-voltage side of the bi-directional DC-DC converter is connected with the super-capacitor unit. According to the power management system of the workover rig, a super-capacitor energy management system is utilized for performing power compensation, and therefore the fact that the large power variable-frequency motor can be driven by small power grid electricity to drive a driving winch to perform workover operation.
