The motor rotation speed dither preventing device comprises a control unit, a resolver decoding unit, a resolver, an amplifying unit and a feedback unit, wherein the control unit is in bidirectional connection with the resolver decoding unit, the resolver decoding unit can output sinusoidal signals to the signal input end of the amplifying unit, the signal output end of the amplifying unit is connected with the input end of the resolver, and the output end of the resolver is connected with the input end of the resolver decoding unit through the feedback unit. The motor rotation speed dither preventing device solves the problem of motor rotation speed dither caused by distortion of excitation waveform outputted by an amplifying circuit of the resolver, the stable operation of a motor is guaranteed, the vehicle riding comfort is improved, and the safety hazards are avoided.
