A spray tube is fixedly connected with an upper water tube through a ball valve; the spray tube is stretched above a conveying chain, and the end part of the spray tube is fixed on the table board at one side of a double-way workbench through a supporting frame. The lead ingot conveying, cooling and spraying device has the beneficial effects that: the spray tube is arranged on a lead ingot conveying middle section, so that the cooling speed and the surface oxidization of the lead ingot are quickened, an oxide layer is not prone to re-generate on the surface of the lead ingot, the oxide layer on the surface of the lead ingot is kept uniform, and the lead ingot deformation due to a too low cooling speed is reduced; while being conveyed to the front part of the conveying chain, the lead ingot is cooled and reduced in size, so that the de-molding is relatively easy. When the de-molded lead ingot is conveyed to a conveying roller way, the lead ingot is continuously cooled by a water cooling elbow which is arranged above the conveying roller way, so that the lead ingot is further got into shape. |
