Zusammenfassung: | In order to overcome the problems that mechanical stirring reaction kettles are short in service life and high in production precision, the utility model provides a reactor for methyl arene liquid phase oxidation reaction. The reactor comprises a multi-section tower body, wherein a spiral pipe with gas holes is arranged at the bottom inside the tower body; a pipe support for placing the spiral pipe is welded on the inner wall of the tower body close to the tower bottom; each section of tower body is provided with multiple hot water taking circulation passages connected in parallel; the hot water taking circulation passage comprises a half ring pipe hot taking pipe arranged inside the tower body, a water inlet vertical half pipe and a water outlet vertical half pipe welded outside the tower body; the left end of the half ring pipe hot taking pipe is connected with the upper end of the water inlet vertical half pipe; the right end of the half ring pipe hot taking pipe is connected with the lower end of the water outlet vertical half pipe; the hot water taking circulation passage also comprises a steam separator and a circulating pump arranged outside the tower body; the upper end of the water outlet vertical half pipe of each hot water taking circulation passage is connected in parallel to the inlet of the steam separator; the lower end of the water inlet vertical half pipe is connected in parallel to the outlet of the circulating pump; and the outlet of the steam separator is connected with the inlet of the circulating pump. |
