Zusammenfassung:	The utility model discloses an expansion joint of an air preheater. The expansion joint comprises upper and lower rigid mounting portions and an elastic connecting piece located between the upper and lower rigid mounting portions; the upper rigid mounting portion is connected with a flue at the top of the workshop of a thermal power plant, while the lower rigid mounting portion is connected with the box of the air preheater; the expansion joint is characterized in that the elastic connecting piece comprises upper and lower straight portions and a middle outwards convex circular arc portion; the upper and lower straight portions are connected with the upper and lower rigid mounting portions by use of bolts, respectively. Due to the expansion joint, flexible connection between the air preheater and the flue can be realized and the elastic deformation due to cold shrinkage and thermal expansion can be compensated.
