Zusammenfassung:The utility model discloses a pumping unit intelligent balance adjustment device, wherein a support frame is arranged on a walking beam, and is fixed on a pumping unit walking beam through fixed bolts, a servo motor and a turbine reducer are arranged on one end of the support frame, the upper end of a balance block is clamped in a top steel channel through two bearings, four load bearings which are arranged on the bottom portion of the balance block are clamped in a bottom steel channel, move through lead screws, limit switches are arranged on the two ends of the support frame, the servo motor is connected with a detection control cabinet, and a current transformer is arranged in the detection control cabinet. The pumping unit intelligent balance adjustment device obtains up and down stroke current and power in real time by detecting power of a pumping unit motor, counts and analyzes balance degree of a pumping unit, controls the servo motor to positively and negatively rotate according to given parameters, drives the balance block to move on the walking beam through positive and negative rotating of the lever, changes balance arms of balance weights, enables a balance torque curve to be identical with a load torque curve in the maximum limit, and enables the power balance degree of the pumping unit to be adjusted to a required range, thereby achieving the purpose of saving electricity and prolonging life of the pumping unit.
