The device consists of a chuck rotating mechanism and a conveying device, wherein a rotating table of the chuck rotating mechanism is connected with a base through a rotating support, a rotating gear is connected with the rotating support through a ball bearing, and a three-jaw chuck is fixedly connected with the rotating gear; the output of a clamping motor is meshed with clamping jaws of the three-jaw chuck through a clamping gear so as to perform self centering and clamping of workpieces; the conveying device consists of a conveying roller mechanism and a rotation holding roller mechanism, wherein a long-rod component is conveyed to the rotating table through the conveying roller mechanism, the long-rod component is centered and clamped by the three-jaw chuck, the clamped long-rod component is lifted by the rotation holding roller mechanism, and through the meshing transmission of the output shaft gear of a rotating motor and the rotating gear of the rotating table, the rotating table is driven to drive the three-jaw chuck and the clamped long-rod component to make stable rotation.
