A shell is internally provided with a supporting body with a plurality of pore channels; the inner walls of the pore channels of the supporting body are provided with a metal palladium composite membrane; the shell is provided with an air outlet channel communicated with the inside of the shell; the inlet and outlet ends of the supporting body respectively extend out of two ends of the shell and are respectively sleeved by a metal joint; a graphite sealing ring and a pressing ring are sequentially arranged from a port to the root between each inner connecting surface of each metal joint and each outer connecting surface of the inlet end and the outlet end; the inlet end and the outlet end are respectively sleeved by a locking nut; the locking nuts are in threaded connection with the metal joints and necking rings are disposed on the roots, close to the inlet end and the outlet end, of the locking nuts; the locking nuts are screwed tightly to ensure that the necking rings drive the pressing rings to tightly extrude the graphite sealing ring.
