The covered vacuum-leak-proof device comprises the vacuum suction filter machine, wherein the vacuum suction filter machine comprises a rack, a motor, roll wheels and a crawler belt, wherein the roll wheels are arranged on the rack; the crawler belt is arranged on the roll wheels; filter cloth is arranged on an outer layer of the crawler belt; and a material distributor is arranged at one end of the upper side of the crawler belt. The covered vacuum-leak-proof device is characterized in that three groups of vacuum boxes are arranged on the lower side of the crawler belt along the movement direction of the crawler belt and are connected with a vacuum pump through vacuum pipes; covering cloth made of a synthetic fiber fabric which is appropriate in material characteristics, small in air permeability and relatively soft is additionally arranged above the crawler belt and behind the first stage of vacuum box; a support frame is transversely arranged on the rack of the suction filter machine; one end of the covering cloth is fixedly arranged on the support frame; and the top end of the support frame is higher than the crawler belt. The covered vacuum-leak-proof device has the beneficial effects that the covering cloth is made of the synthetic fiber fabric which is appropriate in material characteristics, small in air permeability and relatively soft, so that the relatively air-tight surface of the suction filter machine is ensured, and the covered vacuum-leak-proof device is simple and feasible, and is extremely low in cost and convenient to repair and replace. |
