Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses an end cover heat radiation structure of a motor. The structure includes an end cover in which a through hole and at least two threaded holes are arranged; and a heat radiation plate, wherein a boss and at least two holes are arranged at one side of the heat radiation hole, and cooling fins, which are uniformly arrayed, are arranged on the other side face of the heat radiation plate. The boss is clamped with the through hole. The heat radiation plate is fitted with the end cover. A second boss on the heat radiation plate is inserted into the through hole of the end cover after being sleeved with a waterproof gel ring. The heat radiation plate and the end cover are combined through at least two screws. The structure uses the heat radiation plate to substitute an end cover so as to transmit heat generated by a power chip. Because the distance between the boss part of the heat radiation plate and the upper surface of the power chip is comparatively small, only a small amount of thermally conductive silicone gel needs to be used to connect the heat radiation plate and the power chip. The thickness of the thermally conductive silicone gel is reduced significantly and thus the temperature of the chip can be transmitted to the heat radiation plate significantly rapidly. |
