The whole hinge device adopts three-stage buffering, including soft buffering, cow horn buffering and airbag buffering in joint soft tissue respectively; the rear underframe and the front underframe are arranged symmetrically and are connected through the bionic double-ball hinge; the open ends of the rear underframe and the front underframe face outside; the cow horn buffers are symmetrically arranged on the bionic double-ball hinge; one end of each cow horn buffer is fixed on the bionic double-ball hinge; and the other end of each cow horn buffer is arranged in a groove of the front underframe through the buffer airbag pair.
