The device comprises a spray gun for spraying the thermal barrier coating of the combustion gas turbine blade, a fixing device for fixing the combustion gas turbine blade, and a blowing pipeline for spraying a protective gas, wherein the fixing device is arranged on a cooling air inlet of the combustion gas turbine blade to form a sealed cavity; the blowing pipeline is penetrated through the fixing device to extend in the sealed cavity and is connected with the cooling air inlet; the thermal barrier coating is sprayed on the combustion gas turbine blade by the spray gun, and simultaneously the protective gas sprayed by the blowing pipeline is blown out from a cooling hole to prevent the thermal barrier coating blocking the cooling hole. While the thermal barrier coating is sprayed, the protective gas is blown out from the cooling hole and the processed cooling hole cannot be blocked while the thermal barrier coating is prepared, so that the secondary restoration and process of the cooling hole can be avoided, and the premature failure of the coating caused by an internal stress and a microcrack generated in a process of performing laser boring on a ceramic layer can be avoided.
