The ethylene vaporization technology device comprises a liquid ethylene storage tank, a chlorination-oxidation reactor/ chlorination reactor, a hydrogen chloride tower and a delivery pump, the liquid ethylene storage tank is communicated with the chlorination-oxidation reactor/ chlorination reactor through a first pipeline, and the liquid ethylene storage tank is communicated with a first heat exchanger through a second pipeline; the first heat exchanger is arranged on the tower top of the hydrogen chloride tower, the ethylene outlet in the first heat exchanger is communicated with the chlorination-oxidation reactor/ chlorination reactor through a third pipeline, and a second heat exchanger is arranged on the third pipeline; the liquid hydrogen chloride outlet of the first heat exchanger is communicated with the hydrogen chloride tower through a fourth pipeline. The ethylene vaporization technology device has the advantages that the liquid ethylene is used for condensing the hydrogen chloride product on the tower top of the hydrogen chloride tower, so that the refrigerating unit load of a hydrogen chloride condenser is alleviated, and the electric power is saved; meanwhile, the liquid ethylene can vaporize in the heat transferring process, and steam consumption does not need to heat.
