The automatic retraction deceleration device is characterized in that a mounting column and a mounting ring are arranged on the inner wall of the left cover; a threaded hole is formed in the mounting column; a speed limiter is arranged in the mounting ring and comprises a rotating disc; a pinion is arranged on the rotating disc and meshed with the big gear ring; a through hole is formed in the pinion; the speed limiter is clamped at the head part of the mounting column through the through hole of the pinion; a screw is matched with the threaded hole of the mounting column and limits the speed limiter; connecting rods are arranged on the outer wall of the rotating disc; arc-shaped elastic rods are arranged on the connecting rods; friction blocks are arranged at the head parts of the arc-shaped elastic rods and are in frictional contact with the inner wall of the mounting ring.
