The anti-floating device comprises a lining protection board which is arranged between a tundish working layer and the turbulence promoter, wherein the outer wall of the lining protection board is attached to the inner wall of the tundish working layer; the bottom of the inner wall of the lining protection board is provided with a groove corresponding to the turbulence promoter; the turbulence promoter is a rectangular; the upper edge of the turbulence promoter is provided with a rectangular through hole in the height direction; the turbulence promoter is positioned in an impact zone on the inner bottom surface of a tundish; the turbulence promoter is embedded into the groove.
