Zusammenfassung: | Provided is an electric pulse signal counting measuring circuit, comprising an input end amplifier, a comparator, a digital-to-analogue conversion circuit, a conditioning circuit, and a processor. The circuit is characterized in that an input voltage signal is reduced to 1/n of an original input signal through the input end amplifier, and then after comparison by the comparator, a result is input to the processor. Through processing by the processor, a result is obtained. The reference voltage of the comparator is obtained by controlling the digital-to-analogue conversion circuit (DAC) by the processor to output voltage, and then processing the voltage by the conditioning circuit. The input voltage can allow input signal voltage in the range of +1000V to -1000V after n-time reducing processing by the input end amplifier. After the input voltage is processed by the input amplifier, comparison is performed by two paths of comparators. The circuit is characterized by high versatility and accurate measurement. The circuit completely satisfies counting measuring requirement of electric pulse signals, input range of the signal input end is very large, and the range covers most measuring occasions. |
