Zusammenfassung: | A modular variable angle combined type wedge disc based on dynamic pressure bearing teaching comprises a disc-shaped wedge disc substrate. A circular boss is disposed at the central position of the disc-shaped wedge disc substrate. A through hole for installation of a wedge disc fixing shaft is disposed in the central position of the circular boss. A plurality of installation grooves capable of placement of modular wedge blocks are disposed in the upper surface of the wedge disc substrate. The inner sides of the installation grooves coincide with the outer edge of the circular boss, and the outer sides of the installation grooves coincide with the outer edge of the disc-shaped wedge disc substrate. A magnet is disposed in each installation groove. The surface of each magnet is level with the surface of the disc-shaped wedge disc substrate. Magnetic heads of opposite polarity to that of the magnets are cooperatively disposed in the modular wedge blocks. The magnetic heads are disposed in the modular wedge blocks. The surfaces of the magnetic heads are level with those of the modular wedge blocks. The disc-shaped wedge disc substrate and the modular wedge blocks are connected through magnetic force between the magnets and the magnetic heads. A plurality of installation holes for installing oil pressure display tubes are disposed in the modular wedge blocks. |
