Zusammenfassung:An intelligent outer temperature steam energy-saving control device for vulcanization of a radial tire comprises a heat plate system and a mould sleeve system which are provided with the same steam recycling devices. Each steam recycling device comprises a recycling main pipe, a storage control tank, a control device, a recycling passage and a pressure stabilization passage, wherein the storage control tank is provided with two electric energy-saving valve sets, the control device comprises a controller, a liquid level transmitter, a pressure transmitter and an alarm lamp, and the liquid level transmitter, the pressure transmitter and the alarm lamp are connected with the controller. The intelligent outer temperature steam energy-saving control device for vulcanization of the radial tire is provided with the complete control system, different temperatures are controlled independently, the temperature is stable, and safety is greatly improved.
