The steam distributing valve comprises an upper connector and a lower connector, wherein the lower end of the upper connector is provided with multiple sand control channels in the circumferential direction; the sand control channels are arranged at intervals; the lower connector is connected in the upper connector in a penetrating mode and provided with multiple steam distributing through holes in the axial direction, a ball seat and a lateral hole; a steel ball is arranged in the ball seat; the lateral hole is communicated with the ball seat and opposite to the sand control channels. The steam distributing valve achieves a layered steam distributing function, and can meet the displacement requirement of a field oil well pump in the production process.
