Zusammenfassung:	The utility model provides a gear-rack type top drive lifting system comprising a derrick, a suspension system, a walking system, a top drive and a supporting system. The top drive is fixedly connected to the position under the suspension system through a suspension connecting rod of the suspension system. The walking system and the top drive are fixedly connected on the same horizontal plane through a walking connecting rod. The supporting system is fixedly connected with the top drive through a supporting connecting rod and located below the top drive. The suspension system comprises at least two suspension rack guide rails and at least four suspension gears, wherein the suspension rack guide rails are vertically and fixedly connected to the derrick, the two faces of any one suspension rack guide rail are provided with rack mechanisms, and the suspension gears are matched with the rack mechanicals on the two faces of the suspension rack guide rails respectively and located on the same horizontal plane. The suspension system further comprises a suspension power system connected with the suspension gears through rotating shafts. The gear-rack type top drive lifting system can lighten the burden of manual work and improve the drilling efficiency.
