Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a self-preheating biomass gasification furnace. The internal space of a furnace body of the gasification furnace is divided into a gasification reaction region and a comprehensive feeding and exhausting region through a first screen plate. A biomass feeding port is formed in the top wall of the furnace body. A steam inlet and a hot air inlet are formed in the bottom wall of the furnace body. A biomass discharging port is formed in the first screen plate. The comprehensive feeding and exhausting region is divided into a biomass feeding channel and a fuel gas collecting and exhausting channel through a material barrel. A fuel gas outlet is formed in the top of the fuel gas collecting and exhausting channel in the top wall of the furnace body. The fuel gas collecting and exhausting channel is located in a space defined by the upper surface of the first screen plate, the outer surface of the material barrel and the inner surface of the furnace body. Heat exchange coil pipes are arranged in the fuel gas collecting and exhausting channel. A water jacket is arranged on the outer side of the gasification reaction region and along the outer wall of the furnace body in a surrounding mode. |
