The reactor I is connected with a raw material mixing tank and connected with the reactor II through a 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate purifying device and a heater in sequence. The reactor I is further connected with a cooling separation and recovery device. The cooling separation and recovery device is connected with a liquid ammonia tank. A gas circulation circuit I is connected between the reactor I and the cooling separation and recovery device. A gas circulator I is arranged on the gas circulation circuit I. The gas circulation circuit I is connected with a gas carrier supplement pipeline. The reactor II is connected with an additive mixing tank and the 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate purifying device.
