Zusammenfassung:The utility model relates to the technical field of biological reaction tanks in sewage treatment plants and discloses a micro-aerobic energy-saving aeration control device. The micro-aerobic energy-saving aeration control device comprises a central control upper computer, an optical fiber, a photoelectric switch, a PLC (programmable logic controller) control station, an online instrument, an aerator and an aeration fan. The central control upper computer is connected with one end of the photoelectric switch through the optical fiber, the other end of the photoelectric switch is connected with one end of the PLC control station, the other end of the PLC control station is respectively connected with one end of the aeration fan and one end of the online instrument, and the other end of the online instrument is connected with the aerator which is connected with the aeration fan. By adoption of the microporous aerator, under high-load sludge concentration, quantity maximization, flora specialization and high degradation efficiency of acclimated microorganisms in the biological reaction tanks can be realized, energy consumption is 50% of that of the traditional activated sludge treatment process, and degradation efficiency which cannot be achieved by general biochemical methods can be achieved by the micro-aerobic energy-saving aeration control device. The micro-aerobic energy-saving aeration control device has three operating modes and has the advantages of wide application range, high reliability, high maintainability and high extensibility.
