Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The utility model discloses a dispersion assembly of a coating dispersion machine. The dispersion assembly comprises a rotating shaft and a dispersion disk, the dispersion disk comprises two fixed disks stacked in the opposite directions and a plurality of blades, a plurality of uniform U-shaped grooves are formed in the periphery of each fixed disk, one side notch of each groove extends out of the other side notch to form a buckle, and an L-shaped clamping groove is defined by each buckle and the corresponding groove; each fixed disk is further provided with a plurality of arc-shaped through grooves; the center of the upper fixed disk is fixed to the bottom end of the rotating shaft, the upper fixed disk and the rotating shaft are provided with axial threaded holes, a threaded rod is fixed to the center of the lower fixed disk, and the two fixed disks are assembled through the threaded rod and the threaded holes; each blade is provided with a mounting hole, and when the two fixed disks are assembled, the opposite buckles of the two fixed disks are buckled into the mounting holes of the blades. The blades are easy to assemble and are fixed without screws; the arc-shaped through holes in the fixed disks enable fluid on the upper portion of the dispersion disk and fluid on the lower portion of the dispersion disk to be exchanged and sufficiently mixed; meanwhile, the weight of the dispersion disk can be reduced, and power dissipation is reduced.
